B-是13834578901。你的呢?It’s 13834578901, and yours?

A-我给你的手机打个电话,你就有我的号了。I will give you a call, then you will have my number.

B-(电话铃响)哎,有了。……你用微信么 (phone rings). Thanks, I’ve got it. Do you have WeChat?

A-用啊,搜我手机号就行!Yes, just search my phone number.

B-好,那我回头加你。Okay. I will add you later.

This is one of the interrogative phrases you can use to ask questions. 多少is a versatile interrogative question and can cover any number of things.
