If you are out and about but not sure where your destination is, just how do you ask someone such as a passer-by or a shopkeeper for help? You don’t want to get lost so make sure you can ask for directions—and then understand what you are being told!

Huì yì shì zài lóu dào de lìng yī tóu er! Nǐ zǒu cuò fāng xiàng le.

The meeting room is at the other end of the corridor. You are walking in the wrong direction.

Yes, both have branches nearby. McDonald’s is right across the road from the cinema. KFC is next to the shopping centre.
