Cultural note: If you are working for a Chinese company and you want to get reimbursement of your hotel expenses, at check-out you should ask for a 发票(Chinese invoice). It’s a special, though common, type of Chinese invoice for claiming reimbursements. In most cases, you should provide your company name as well, then the hotel staff can type the company name on your Chinese invoice.
