1. 他现在已经属于过度肥胖,应该马上开始减肥。Tā xiànzài yǐjīng shǔyú guòdù féipàng, yīnggāi mǎshàng kāishǐ jiǎnféi.

He is so obese, he should start to lose some weight.

2. 吸烟有害健康,所以最好别抽烟。Xīyān yǒuhài jiànkāng, suǒyǐ zuì hǎo bié chōuyān.

Smoking is harmful for your health, you’d better not smoke.

3. 小刚失眠了,他不应该在晚上喝咖啡。Xiǎo gāng shīmiánle, tā bù yìng gāi zài wǎnshàng hē kāfēi.

Gang cannot sleep. He should not drink coffee at night.

4. 如果你不喜欢你现在的工作,你最好辞职。Rúguǒ nǐ bù xǐhuān nǐ xiànzài de gōngzuò, nǐ zuì hǎo cízhí.

If you don’t like your current job, you’d better quit.
