We all like to think that we have done a good job. It may be at work when your boss compliments you, or at home when we cook something special for someone special. Make sure you know how to give (and receive) compliments and make someone else happy!

Xiè xie, nǐ xǐ huān chī wǒ jiù gāo xìng.

Thanks, I am glad you liked it.

A:这清炒时蔬也很爽口。

Zhè qīng chǎo shí shū yě hěn shuǎng kǒu.

The stir-fried seasonal vegetables are tasty too.

B:多谢夸奖!爱吃就别客气啊!

Duō xiè kuā jiǎng! Ài chī jiù bié kè qi ā!

Thanks for the compliments! Help yourself to some more if you like it so much.
